CVALT’s Delivery Process

With text updates and GPS tracking, you'll never be in the dark.

Once you select your galaxy (county) and place an order from our web page, you’ll get a confirmation email to let you know your order’s underway and being processed. Need to change something? Not a problem! Reach out using the “chat bubble” at the bottom of the screen. So long as it’s not already in route, we’re usually able to update an order.

Once your delivery is on the way, the driver will send ETA and GPS coordinates via text message to the number you provided. Remember, it’s your responsibility to be present for delivery. If you’re unable to accept the delivery, please message us via the chat bubble to reschedule.

And just so you know: We want your experience with us to be hassle-free, safe, and discreet as possible. This means that orders must be delivered to the person who placed it. And while exact change isn’t mandatory, it is appreciated.


DELIVERY SAFETY & POLICIES
1. All orders must be delivered to the person who placed the order.
2. Our drivers are trained not to enter your home so please respect our process and do not invite them in.
3. Abuse of our service or our staff will result in possible termination of your membership.
4. Driver carries no product other than your order.
5. Driver vehicles have security cameras and are tracked via GPS.
6. Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
7. We will only deliver to residential address. Addresses and contact #’s will be verified.
8. Our drivers will not be in marked vehicles. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices.
9. We want your experience with us to be hassle-free, safe, and discreet as possible.
10. Deliveries are repacked in discreet bags.
11. Exact change is not required but it is appreciated.

Delivery Wait Times

Concerned about cannabis delivery and wait times? So are we. Because timing is so crucial for us, we employ state-of-the-art tracking and order fulfillment tools to make sure that your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible (and that you’re never left in the dark about when to expect it).

We pride ourselves on safe, speedy, and secure deliveries, but sometimes we hit unforeseen snags. On average, our delivery time is roughly 35 – 40 minutes, but this can vary depending on demand, traffic, and other factors. We always keep you posted on the status of your order via push notifications and texts from your driver.
