DELIVERY PROCESS

1. Place your order through our online web page. You will receive confirmation email as soon as order is received. If a change is required after an order is submitted, please contact us via "Chat Bubble" at the bottom of the screen so we can adjust your order. Please note that we do not guarantee that changes can be accommodated once an order is submitted. 

2. Once your order is in route, a driver will send GPS coordinates via text message with a link to their location and ETA.

3. Please note that we do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, however delivery times may vary based on traffic and order volume.

4. It is your responsibly to be present for delivery. If you are unable to accept your delivery, please message us via chat bubble to reschedule.


DELIVERY SAFETY & POLICIES

1. All orders must be delivered to the person who placed the order.

2. Our drivers are trained not to enter your home so please respect our process and do not invite them in.

3. Abuse of our service or our staff will result in possible termination of your membership.

4. Driver carries no product other than your order.

5. Driver vehicles have security cameras and are tracked via GPS.

6. Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

7. We will only deliver to residential address. Addresses and contact #'s will be verified.

8. Our drivers will not be in marked vehicles. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices.

9. We want your experience with us to be hassle-free, safe, and discreet as possible. 

10. Deliveries are repacked in discreet bags.

11. Exact change is not required but it is appreciated.
